How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are usually received within 5-10 business days.

How can I track the status of my order?
Your order should arrive via parcel post via the United States Postal Service within 5-10 business days. If you have not received it within this time, please email hello@plumroots.com.

What is your return policy?
Within 30 days of original purchase: Plum Roots gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we’ll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.
After 30 days of original purchase: Plum Roots will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).

What is the status of my return?
Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your package. Please allow 3-5 business days for the return credit to post to your account from the date your return is processed. For further questions regarding returns, please contact hello@plumroots.com.
